An interim leader can maintain continuity for stable organizations or assist with the start of a change process for those that are in need of redirection. Mission Velocity can also provide an organization’s leadership with an assessment of the organization’s programs, finances, structure and operations. A review of the strengths and weaknesses of the organization can help the board to reassess the organization’s needs, ensuring that the selection criteria for a new leader is aligned as strongly as possible with the future needs and direction of the organization.
